I know I have said that I love Falun but at the same time every race I have done there has been a disaster. My only 2 DNFs ever have been in Falun. And my CX experience there two years ago was full of snow. Has anyone checked the 5-day weather forecast for Falun? Stupidly, I did. Friday night equals -2C which also equals frozen car.

I have given up on making my Ridley premier this week since I spent most of yesterday re-doing what I did wrong on Saturday. And my adjustments seem to give only 8 gears back. So instead I switched attention to my new Vittora Evo XM tires. I ripped off my nicely taped Tufos and stretched on the new tires with unusual ease.

So where is my Vittoria Mastik One glue??? I was supposed to start tonight. I guess it got stuck somewhere along the way? HA! Stuck! =)

Then I changed my clinchers to my Shimano RS20 wheels which are not really for this but look very nice. For some reason the cassette does not quite line up the same as the tubular wheels so I can't use them as an extra set. So now I get to change the tires back to the old ones...yet again. Lovely start to the week.
