At the moment it is probably best to check SCF for the latest dates of the CX races. They may be slower than me but they are more accurate. Still, Google searches somehow bring you to my page first no matter what.

Also, my ankle seems okay and it certainly is not any worse than before my training last night. It is probably something with my shoes during the day...something stupid.

Merida-Northwave CX-Cups official page is SCF, cxcupen.se isn't up to date anymore as SCF have got the Cup and not Öijer anymore. RF is decided that CX-Cupen is under scf.se on idrottonline and isn't allowed to use cxcupen.se. Bad but that's how it is
Nej...we want Öijer back! =) Idrottonline is always hard when it comes to layout.
Well, when I want info I can ask Björn or one of the others in the CX group. It is just fun to be first with the links on this site.
