I have a course again this afternoon so there is no way I can make it to MCK training tonight. But I suppose that is okay for Knä-Chris. The good news is that I have two bruises on my knee which is a good sign that it is just a surface injury and not serious. I can walk fine so I am positive.

But to continue with more reasons why spring is not my season, the björkpollen is killing me and I refuse to take medicine for this. So I am rather sedated now.

The thing is even though I am sedated, injured or in general useless shape, I still end up racing. Maybe that is stupid.
