I feel pretty good today and my bike seems to be fine also. It is certainly clean for once. I am also quite full from a nice pasta meal. All of this means just one thing...it is time to leave for Ludvika and Den Långa Dagen.

Långlopp fans will notice that this covers parts of Finnmarksturen but in the opposite direction. Ljungåsen seems to be the highest point so I expect quite a few höjdmeter on Saturday. A good training pass for next weekend and Raumerrittet which has a wee bit of a mountain in the middle.
