It goes without saying that this cold I have is some serious shit. The last couple of days I have spent in the 'cough' phase. In some people, this can last several weeks but it is still possible to function and work. And this is where I am today.

The normal me would start training now and that would mean the first MTB race in Göteborgsserien tonight in Lindome. The weather is gorgeous so it would be a lovely night of cycling and socializing. But I have decided to pass on this pass. Honestly, this is the first day I have felt reasonably good. So why risk it?
