And so it is Wednesday already and that means time to start thinking about the next race. I have been very busy at work so there has been no time for any serious training. But tonight I will go out a bit just to follow my routine from last week. I was actually pretty stiff on Monday so my body is not complaining about the rest. And one should rest after 90km of grus/berg.

My allergies have calmed down a bit so things are looking very good. Startgroup 9 for Raumerrittet is what I have now and I think that that is more reasonable. And the start time is after 11.00 so I can actually have a proper breakfast. This is what I didn't have time for before DLD in Ludvika.
