Öijer has taken a break from his new fjortis blog to update CX Cupen with a new picture gallery...Otur 2009. This was an obvious update choice because everyone loves a good crash. And I seem to have made this prestigious group for my adventures in the sand at Kumlacrossen. =)

In my own defence, this is my first season of cross with any actual cross-specific training and it was just this race where I learned the difference between playing in the sand (see above) and racing through it.


I was not alone in my otur though. Above you can see MCKs expert CX trainer instructing us on the 'ninja rull' method of cornering.


And Magnus Darvell also takes a fall now and then. So I am among some good company in this gallery...
