In order to be truly great at cross, I need to sound like I come from Belgium. So from now on my name will be Chris van den Hout. =)
And the performance enhancement of my new name alone should give me an excuse to skip training tonight. I finally got my svinis vaccine today so it is probably not the best night to go mad with intervals on the trainer. But tomorrow...just you wait...

Oh thats good news for me, that you got a vaccination I mean.
I have heard trough säkra källor that it brings your VO2max down with at least 37,35% during the following week ;-)
And by the way, in Västergötland we don´t call it svinis, we call it gresasnôret. Try to pronounce that... ;-) I´ll let you know on saturday!

Well there is some truth to what you say about the vaccine...I do feel a bit bläää today. But that is why I got it Tuesday instead of Friday.
