Yes, today is definitely a rainy day. Some would say that it is always like this in Göteborg. And those people have been getting just as much rain as we are. In GP, the story was pretty neutral. In DN, it sounded like the rain was so bad that panic spread across Stockholm and half the city died. It is just rain.

Anyway, my lack of training this week has left me a bit annoyed and it is definitely time to change my routine. I need a balance between work and training. Training helps me feel good and then I can perform at work. So I need my friskvårdstimme and a couple more.
