Okay, tubular tape is a great thing but I forgot the most painful part of this process. I have just spent about an hour trying to get the fcuking Tufo tire onto my rim and it just won't go. The last set of tires I had from them went on without any trouble but this one was a nightmare. I actually didn't even open the package for the second one because I am all but ready to return it and save myself the trouble. The way I was pulling it was not good so I suspect the tire is busted already and my rim is bent. One should not need THAT much force to put on a tire.

So I am back to my Conti CrossXKings before I even left them. And honestly that is just fine with me. They are great tires and I am not exactly at the front of the pack so it doesn't matter. Lasting 40 minutes is the limiting factor at the moment...not the tires.
